App admins
App admins can invite people, manage access, and restore deleted projects and workspaces. Super-admins can also add and remove other admins. You can add someone before they have signed in.
Trusted domains
Anyone with an email at a trusted domain can sign in and start using Plan Results without an invitation. Adding a domain onboards a whole company and takes effect with no redeploy, so only super-admins can change this list. Removing a domain stops new self-sign-ups from it; people who already have access keep it.
Team access
Invite people and see who has access. "Send invite" creates their account and emails them sign-in instructions; "Copy invite message" copies those instructions to paste into a message, handy when a corporate mail filter blocks the email. They sign in with a one-time code — no link to click.
Workspaces
Every workspace is company data. Reassign an owner any time; removing a person moves their workspaces to you, never deletes them.
Contact list backfill
Puts everyone who can open a workspace on its workspace contact list, the owner included. Preview shows each change; nothing is written until Apply.
